Rec is a interesting line of movies
Jan. 7th, 2026 07:12 pmIts me, Rot again and I wanna say I use they/them pronouns and my gender is whatever u think it is but also I think the movie REC and the 3 other movies are okay. The first movie is great and I think if your a fan of found footage films, I recommend it to anyone. Its in spanish and I heard they made a english version of the film but I also heard thats pretty shit so don't know if I could recommend or not.

Loveddd the film, I really liked the concept they stuck with and I thought the acting was pretty good. I also liked the location they chose since its just a apartment complex with this giant spiral staircase that connects all of the rooms so it gives a lot of room for jumpscares. 100% would watch again

I thought the concept was good but it took me out of the immersion immediately tho because of the cameras and how they almost felt fake? Honestly, not really anything memorable and I don't even remember if I actually finished the movie or not but I didn't really enjoy it. No I did and I think the ending was kinda interesting? I thought the part where we get to see a clip from the first movie and the monster creature. Besides that, don't remember much, I thought the kids clothes were cool tho :/

Honestly, kinda liked this movie, they change up the whole "found footage" camera angle which honetly kinda sucks but I think their a some parts of this movie that make up for it. I thought the ending was interesting but I really liked how the mention of the dog in the first movie is shown in this movie and I think it really tied together the connection between these films (well duh). My favorite part is when the bride has this whole scene about turning into a badass with a chainsaw and then immidently like 3 mins later, the chainsaw just stops. I would give it like a 7.5 outta 10, kinda interesting and not a bad film but not super great.

Man I hated this film so much, never finished it so uh yea idk whta happens but it just seems like a regular action film rather than a horror film soooo I don't think i'll be watching it.
Btw I'm not a certified movie reviewer or great speller so none of this means crap but I just haven't seen a lot of people talk about this movie
